My Motivation

I'm Marc Nelsen, the developer and moderator of the decision making seminars. As a long-time management consultant, I have used my experience in accompanying people in achieving their professional goals to develop a method that supports and guides people through a step by step approach in order to design and document a picture of their future . The result of this structured method is the self-described journey into the future, including the decision to study, train or re-orientate yourself. 

My wife and I have a total of five children who are between 13 and 21 years old. The topic "What do I do after school?" has been a daily companion for me for a long time. When I noticed that there was little really concrete support in making a decision about the educational future of students, I developed the "High School Diploma, What's Next?" Course which allows schoolchildren or high school graduates to identify a real future perspective entailing studies or vocational training.

I know the target group of students very well beyond being a father, as I have been involved as a youth coach in handball in recent years, and have also been teaching business topics as a lecturer at Globe Business College Munich for a long time.
