You are currently in the situation that you want to or will leave an employment relationship. You know now what you don't want to do, but you don't yet know what your professional focus will be in the future.
If that reflects your current situation, then you've come to the right place. We support you in a two-day coaching seminar to get to know yourself better and to re-assess your abilities. You will be strengthened by developing your very own path, which leads to a professional reorientation. You will be accompanied in developing a new perspective in which your ideas, dreams, interests, inclinations and skills are looked at and brought together in a structured manner. Additionally, the different experiences and competencies that you have accumulated over many years, such as specialist knowledge, special skills, certifications, etc. are addressed and incorporated.

Duration of the coaching seminar: two days of 8 hours each.
The number of participants is limited to a maximum of 12 people.
The course takes place in seminar rooms (taking into account the corona-related distance and hygiene rules).
